We distribute for some of the biggest Hollywood studios in the world including 20th Century Studios, Paramount Pictures, Sony Pictures, Universal Pictures, Walt Disney Pictures and Warner Bros. Pictures.

Westec Media Limited (WML) also does non-theatrical distribution with local OTT platforms, TV stations as well as other platforms like YouTube channels. WML owns and manages its own OTT platform and a few other channels co-owned together with regional partners which includes the PIXEL app, TVB Cambodia Drama, Cachi Cachi Khmer, JaiKon Kids, Jaikon Khmer Film and MBS Cambodia.
WML contributes to the local production sector by investment, co-production and distribution of local titles. Since 2013, WML has co-produced and invested in over 8 local titles and more is on the way.
One of the most notable production is Jailbreak which was released in 2017 and has been in over 20 festival selection and won 5 international awards. Jailbreak was released theatrically in Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, Brunei and Hong Kong. It is also released via digital, TV and home video in multiple territories including Australia, Germany and Scandinavia. Jailbreak is also the first Cambodian film to be acquired by Netflix.
Beyond funding & producing local titles, we support local production partners by sharing marketing strategies and industry best practices. Together, we will grow and elevate local films and bring Cambodian films to the international stage.
